The FT-1200 series flexometer is a testing machine that measures heat generation characteristics when vibration is applied to vulcanized rubber test specimens by loading a static load, and tests with constant strain control are also possible. It is also compatible with blowout tests.
Unlike conventional flexometers, this tester can measure the temperature inside the test specimen directly in real time during the test using a special temperature sensor.
Furthermore, viscoelastic parameters (E', E”, tandelta, etc.) can also be measured at the same time as heat generation measurements.
The fully automatic type allows up to 30 continuous tests.
